Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and RestoReports, LLC (“RestoReports,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the RestoReports application and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RestoReports is a web-based tool that helps restoration companies document jobs, log moisture readings, and generate reports. We may update, improve, or modify features of the Service over time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

• New accounts include a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, and you are not charged during the trial.
• After the trial, the subscription is $25 per month for one user, plus $5 per month for each additional user, unless otherwise stated at sign-up.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
• We may change our fees on prospective notice; changes apply to billing periods after the notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law

You retain ownership of the job data, readings, reports, photos, and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to submit it.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you agree to that policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RestoReports helps you document and generate reports but does not provide legal, insurance, or professional advice, and we do not warrant that reports will be accepted by any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestoReports, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Kansas will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
